The USCIS Vermont Service Center has a new mailing address effective June 25th

Things sent to the old addresses will continue to be forwarded until June 2022.

Despite what their website says, I believe the zip codes on the new addresses are incorrect because they are the same as the St. Alban’s addresses. Except for the premium processing address, oddly enough. I guess you have to pay extra for the correct mailing address
